HOW IS THE DATA FROM THE QUESTIONNAIRE USED?

Collective, individually-unidentifiable data from the surveys will be used by Koeeru as well as its partner companies for marketing and promotion activities, as well as being reflected in new products or services.

Management of your registered data, as well as the management of research panel, is conducted by the Vietnam-based IT and data collection firm Koeeru Inc. Registration and confirmation emails will be sent from no-reply@koeeru.com. For more information about Koeeru Inc., please click here.

The results will be used for the marketing and promotion activities of those companies, as well as being reflected in new products or services. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

DOES SHIRABEERU COST ANYTHING?

No. Both registration and use of Shirabeeru is free of charge.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY POINT BALANCE?

By simply logging into to your account, you can see your balance on the top right corner. You can also check your point exchange and exchange history from the menu tab on the left. The minimum point exchange amount is equivalent to $10.

WHAT CAN I EXCHANGE MY COLLECTED POINTS FOR?

Once you collect the minimum required amount of points to redeem an award, you can exchange that amount of money to cash or a gift card via PayPal, Amazon Gift Card, or GCODES in the United States, via GCODES in India, and Paypal in South Africa.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE CONTENTS OF MY REGISTERED INFORMATION?

If you login to your account, you will find the User tab on the very top right corner.

IS MY REGISTERED DATA MANAGED PROPERLY?

Your registered data is strictly managed by Koeeru Inc. To view their privacy policy, click here.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I NO LONGER WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN SHIRABEERU?

Login to your account and click on the User tab. Click “Edit account”. At the bottom you will see a message called “Unsubscribe from PANEL”. Click that message.

WILL I RECEIVE ANY SALES OR SOLICITATIONS?

By participating in surveys, you will not receive any sales or solicitations from the companies involved.
